This apartment was designed for overseas residents who visit the country frequently and wanted to create the ambiance of a luxurious hotel suite. Every room, including the bathroom, offers a view of the sea, thanks to a window placed above the bed. The window features smart glass that, when an electric current passes through, turns frosted to provide privacy in the bathroom.

A smart home system has been installed in the apartment, allowing control over lighting, shutters, and electric curtains. With the press of a button, they can activate different scenarios, from setting up the home for TV watching or hosting guests, to an “all-off” button that turns off the lights and closes the shutters upon leaving.

The chosen color palette is soft with touches of color that blend harmoniously with the beautiful shades of the sea. Every corner was designed with the clients’ needs in mind, resulting in a modern, luxurious apartment perfect for long stays and hosting whenever they are in Israel.
